Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any washable or reusable products.
For any disposable product returns, we can only accept unopened bags and the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Any bags returned that are opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued. If the item that you purchased is only sold by the case, we will not accept open cases for return. On cases priced with shipping included, there will be a charge of $11.00 per case to cover what we paid to ship it to you originally. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on returns.
You MUST contact us before you return any item for instructions and return authorization. All products must be shipped within 10 days from receiving your RMA notification.
If we made an error on your order, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the order. We will ship the correct item immediately and pick up the incorrect item with no additional cost to you.
No returns accepted after 30 days of the order.
Refunds are credited once your item reaches our warehouse and we confirm contents and all original packaging materials. Refunds by credit card will be issued to the same card and checks or money orders will be issued in one week.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.
